HOW DO I RESERVE THE BOOKING?
To book the Location, please get in touch with Debbie and check your preferred date(s) are available.
Then to confirm your booking and hold your hire date/time a deposit is required.
Available for full day(s) or half day bookings. - Full day is 8 hours half day is 4 hours.
A 50% deposit in advance to confirm booking, the
remainder is due on arrival at the beginning of your hire. Please note
that your booking is unconfirmed until the deposit is paid, which means
if may still be booked by others, so don't delay in paying the deposit
as this may lead to you loosing your prefered date/time slot.
HOW CAN I MAKE THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT?
For the deposit we accept payment in cash, bank transfer, card, cheque. The deposit funds will need to have cleared well in advance of the hire date, the booking is not confirmed until the funds have cleared.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Deposits are non-refundable. However
if you do wish to cancel, please give us plenty of notice, as for
cancellations of less than 48 hours notice 100% of the total hire fee is
due.
HOW SHOULD I PLAN MY BOOKING/HIRE TIME?
When planning and booking your time remember to include your set up and take down time within your total booking time to avoid running into overtime charges.
HEALTH & SAFETY + PUBLIC LIABILITY
Please note hirers (photographers, film makers, production companies, etc) should have their own public liability insurance to cover any accidents to their crew, cast, models and staff. The location/studio will not be held responsible or liable for any accident caused by the hirer their staff, team or clients whilst using the location/studio/equipment.
BREAKAGES
Any breakages or damage to the location/equipment, must be reported at the end of your booking. Breakages or damage to location/furnishings will be charged to the client, and will not be covered by Debbie Johnson. The person booking is responsible the full cost of any damages.
ANY RULES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
You must comply with any Location staff/owners requests.
Location property and equipment will be treated with care.
Children must be accompanied by an adult or legal Guardian.
No eating or drinking in carpeted area (unless requested for a shot/scene)
Please turn lights off when not in use (save the polar bears!).
Take care not to damage wooden floors. Eg remove spiked high heeled shoes (don't worry this does not apply to what the model/actress is wearing in shot).
The Client is to ensure a positive relationship is maintained with neighbours/local residents, please endeavour to keep noise levels to an reasonable level at the Premises and keep noise/voices down to a minimum when outside the premises (e.g. on smoking breaks and when loading/un
